You can't solo him, together with some decent group members you can kill him easily. Most PVPers seem to be aware of this bug already, just did it on an EU realm.

The strategy is to use mages to Frost Nova and slow down the enemy team. It's basically a base race, who gets to boss first, wins.

Seems like they just hotfixed it (EU).
Everyone in our team was oneshot when we attacked the boss - same on other faction's side ^^
