LFR dropping heroic titanforged ilvl items

In my LFR I received 2 titanforged ilvl 950 gear in the burning throne and I didnt do anything special it was on my ilvl 918 hunter with no normal, heroic, mythic kills. Only thing I did differently is I had flask of spring blossoms + reeves food buff + defiled augment rune however I doubt that those had anything to do with it.
When looking at ilvl gear heroic should be dropping 945+ while in the screenshot you can see that regular LFR titanforged should be a 930 ilvl. It seems to only happen sometimes and never works for relics.

You just got very lucky.

All Legion gear can Titanforge to 985 currently but it's below a 50% chance per 5 itemlevel roll of warforging. You could in theory see a level 110 normal dungeon drop a 985 item but the chance is so impossibly low it will never happen.

Well my bad then lol I havent played much in legion or wod mostly wotlk,bc,cata,mop. Thats pretty stupid that you can get a TF to that ilvl shouldnt be random on top of drops being random thats retarded GG blizz
