New grinding spot for 30's

Today i was doing the hints of a new plague questline:
Thottbot World of Warcraft: Quest: Hints of a New Plague?

and i got to the psrt where u have to find the courier:

now this quest used to be a pain with the courier patrolling around hillsbrad and arathi but I noticed the courier no longer pats but the courier stayed solitary for me inside the southwest house of go'shek farm. I completed the quest but noticed a VERY high respawn rate so i just killed the courier and ran. Now the next part was an escort:

and sure enough the escort had to get the item where the courier was earlier.

Now once the escort got close most of the bodyguards and the courier attacked...now i did this with a prot pally so it could have been easier for me but it would be simple for other classes too.

See the bodyguards have very low health so i could kill them in a few hits but they still gave about 100 unrested exp per kill (for a lvl 35). but what is funny is the bodyguards and the courier have a respawn of around 40 seconds. If you do this right and dont kill all the mobs right away, the mobs will keep respawning, and the escort will never finish the quest and she will heal/help u with the mobs along the way.

Hope this helps some people with their grinding =).

PS I finished the quest but it took me A LONG time for the escort to go into the house and back out. Too many respawns!
