Aran, you say this is still do-able in 2.0.1, but have you tried? Last time I tried, I had no luck, there was no house. Maybe I went the wrong way? However, maybe they removed it.

A friend said he'd re-visited there earlier. But i'll go check myself now.

As of Patch 2.0.1. Blizzard have removed the Blood Elf House from this area, the map section is still there but due to them adding the new Quel'thalas area they have turned it into an earth pit :[

The area 'NPL' is now called Quel'thalas, and shows up when /who is used.
