5 Gold Farming Exploits
5 gold farming techniques that can be enhanced with the use of exploits. These are techniques that don't get fixed from patch to patch for various reasons, illustrated with 5 different farms, but while subtle they are powerful enough to significantly increase gold making profits.
Timestamps: 1:19 Isle Of Giants, use multiple class trials to farm dinosaur bones efficiently, stack them by the questgiver Ku'ma, and make as much as 5000 gold's worth of spirits of harmony (sells like a vendor item on the AH) in a few minutes every couple of days.
4:33 Deadmines Defias gear (Hunter Required). Reset the Defias Overseer mobs in the Deadmines twice every 30 seconds using a glitch with the "play dead" ability. The Blackened Defias gear sells for around 17000 gold currently. Probably will take a few postings to sell.
8:08 Untamed Clefthoofs, Nagrand, Draneor (Affliction Warlock Preferred). Using Findle's Loot-A-Rang combined with the artifact trait "Soul Flame" you can aoe everything within a 40-yard radius. Best sumptuous fur farming method by far. This is the best way to grind the fur required for Hexweave bags which sell for over 2000 gold currently on average.
10:03 Cobra Scale farming, Shadowmoon Valley (requires skinning and monk/warlock, class trial characters can be used if you don't have one). Cobra scales sell for over 1800 gold right now, because they make hats. Using ports it is possible to traverse the most popular cobra scale farming route significantly faster than via running through the mini-instamce.
11:26 Fel Sparks in the Throne Of Kil'Jaden. Using two or more characters to farm multiple motes of fire using a sort of poor man's multi-boxing which makes primal fires and sell for over 500 gold currently.

Yeah that's why I don't generally do transmog farms, very frustrating when that happens. That said I've found they sell relatively quickly on some realms, particulary on pvp and roleplay servers. (Before any one points this out I know you can get all the defias appearances now, the market doesn't)
Either way the real value in the video is the methods rather than the actual farms, all of which were previously known to some extent.

and thats why i gave that farm a shot, because i am on a pvp realm. thought i could move the stuff without to much hassle, but just sitting on the stuff now.
it was kind of annoying waiting on cds. If i recall i made a macro to target, fire a shot, and play dead when i did it. IT is much easier if you have 2 accounts. One to just sit there doing that and play around on the other. I was quite bored when i was just focusing on the farm window.
Still it is a cool trick getting the mob to resapwn

The Clefthoof spot is cool, but sadly they stop quick-spawning after 30+ rounds. Not sure when they return to normal quick-spawn speeds. Am testing it out

Ok it looks like all you have to do is "manually kill" Clefthoofs (i.e. not using the loot-a-rang / soul flame glitch) and they will start their fast respwan again

since the defias leather transmog set was added in legion there aren't many buyers...
the trick was better when you could kill fifteen or so mobs a minute instead of only two (Farm Blackened Defias leather (Rogue))

the same exploit is described in the link from 2 years ago, before the tmog set was put in game.it used to be more effective and not so tedious. wouldnt recommend doing it anymore

for the tamed clefthoofs I multibox 5 hunters, all with fetch and all skinners with Mother's Skinning Knife and made a macro that combines the Raw Beast Hide Scraps into Raw Beast Hide, have that all along with attacks on action bar with a target tamed clefthoofs macro and have a keyboard with programmable macro keys and made a macro that presses "1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 - = " which is my action bar attack keys then the macro repeats. So it targets, kills, loots, and skins with the press of 1 key then repeats until I press the button to stop on all 5 hunters!

It isn't the same method, that was the point. Your method was nerfed two years ago. The method I published is the fastest reset method I'm aware of.
I'm not sure why you consider it "tedious" now, the average price of the items remains high regardless of the alternate accessibility of the tmog set.
Btw It looks like you were the first one to discover the farm. I'd appreciate clarification on this so I can accredit you in the description and in any future video I might mention this, as well as helping viewers by referring them to the original source.

In the next xpac the game mechanics may alter to the extent that some of these techniques may not work, at least in the same way, but they should work fine till then.
