It allows you to select your region when checking out, just make sure you have your correct region chosen.

It takes up to 72 hours for it to be sent to your main account since this is a cross-region purchase. If you don't receive it within 72 hours, you can go to support chat on the tw.battle.net domain, but you will need to use an English to Chinese and Chinese to English translator tool such as google translate to communicate back and forth with them.

Can confirm that it worked for me.

Quick note: it doesn't take 72 hours for everyone. Multiple people have gotten it instantly.
