to get to him, you need to have a raid kill lurker. he was standing on the platform that connects lurker's trash to hydross

not hard to reach, this is one of the 1st bosses u can cross.

lets say you have a guild who cant kill hydross because of no resist gear. kill lurker next day the platforms are cleared, have a hunter MD pull and proceed to kite. so everything looks good except i didnt see a water tomb or poison bolt. but maybe thats just because hes running around like a chicken with his head cut off

he did get hit with poison bolts if i recall correctly, and hydross only does the water tomb ability when hes in water form, this fight hes in poison form the whole fight
