Hunter Solo heroic slave pens chests

I tried it on heroic w/ my hunter, i guess i'm not skilled enough to pull everybody away from the chest w/o gettin wailed on.. so i tried it on normal, and did it easy.

Can you get banned / warned for solo'ing chests, in other words is this against the Terms of Use or not?
If not, I'll try this on my Hunter =)

Btw, is there a higher chance on getting blues + on Heroic than on normal?

I do this ever now and then on my hunter. On normal, the chests that spawn are typically Fel Iron chests while on Heroic the chests are adamantite chests. Higher level chests mean better chance of blue loot.

Tip on the wall jump. Line up facing the edge of the wall like in the video. Jump once to get on the wall itself. Once on the wall, press spacebar+w once exactly. This should get you on the "second" jump on the wall higher up. For the third part of the wall jump, press spacebar+w once as well but rotate your camera toward where the chest spawns and you should be on top of the hill.

I use a wind serpent as my pet. Ranged attack and dive are superior to dash and melee attack. Make sure when you use your pet to led the mobs away to attack at least 1 mob or the group may run toward you and kill you. Hope this helps.

Do you have to wall jump on Heroic? I've done regular so far, and Im headed there now to do Heroic. But on Regular, I didnt need to do the wall jump, I just walked around, and I was fine.

I did this without wall jumping on my hunter for Heroic Slave Pens.

This is how I do it:

-Go right before the 'lobsters' that are at the chest.
-Turn your camera to the left and you'll see a slanted hill, go up it (you dont gain aggro even though its sort of close as you move up).
-Summon pet, EotB, dash, run to beginning of instance or to 2nd location that is done in the video.
-Feign death, run and loot.
-If you're NE, shadowmeld if you pulled them to the 2nd location and watch them pass by.
-Now simply continue running the instance.
