I don't know how this happened...but I wasn't leader of my group and i was able to invite and kick people...none of us were in a BG so i know that wasnt the problem...and only me and the actualy leader could kick and invite no one else. We were not in a raid either. I couldnt kick the original party leader however, I don't know how to replicate this. Anyway, I HAD a video but quality was too low to really make out the text.

What did you do before this occurred? Was there any disconnect? Was this on a live server? Did you use any commands before?
