Hi again! new exploit i found and not really sure what you would call the thread so i just made it.

After doing the quest for the illidan tabbard in Shadowmoonvally and getting the box its in (You either get the green or purple) I had the green one to whch i wasn't happy so i "Esc" the box and left it in my bags. When i opened it later it had changed and it was now the purple one and after talking to some guildies they are saying if your not happy with whats in your box you can "Esc" from it wait 10 minutes and the loot resets!. one of my friends said it kept doing it over and over with the map fragment quest in tanaris until he had a blue drop.

I'm not sure if this works with lock boxs but it would be quite cool (This exploit was also used with the karazhan chest event if anyone remebers the solo guides!)

so... you can loot half the loot in the tanaris chest and then wait for it to reset or are you not allowed to loot any of them?

What do you mean with "esc" from it?

he means that while you have the loot window open, hit the escape key, "Esc" ,and it will close the loot window without looting it... or you could simply hit the "x" on the loot window.

Unless this is a newly made error on blizz's part, this dont' work on Junkboxes (rogue lockpicked boxes) tried it quiet a few times in the past

It's from killing one of the Blood Elf elite mobs to pick up a quest to free a Sha'tari general from a crystal prison in Shadowmoon Valley.
