Crash other players game (if they're around you)
Gentlemen,
I come here today with an exploit that's been around since Legion launch; I never bothered sharing it in public since it's potentially very obnoxious, but Blizzard never replied to my bug reports. This very bug makes it impossible for me to realise my true dream : roleplaying a blubber baron!
Here's the problem: Wotlk race models Head attach points got corrupted after being re-used for legion. What the hell does that mean ? Well, if you use any effect that get an object attached to your head while you're a Tuskarr or a vrykul, the game will not identify where it should go and not display it. If you then switch to another form, an error will occure and crash the game.
Still not understable? Well, let me explain it again, imagine you :
1. Turn into a vrykul by using the "Faintly Glowing Flagon of Mead" toy.
2. Drink some Earl Black Tea from Cataclysm Timewalking merchant. (Alliance)
3. Go into a crowded place. A Battleground, Goldshire, the Auction House, The Black Market... Anywhere!
4. Remove the vrykul form (or just use a mount)
5. Game crashes for everyone around. (including yourself)
Exploit this at your own risk, but I don't mind if you do :
The sooner Blizzard fixes it, the faster I will be able to play my Tuskarr businessman.

You should have posted it a bit earlier, I logged onto my only alliance char to find out I had no timewalking badges, queued for a timewalking dungeon and failed to complete it before the servers shut down :<
Think the vendor will be gone when the servers are back up.
NVM, the vendor is still there. Managed to find a guy who bought me x100 tea!

You can probably just use Safari Hat toy, which many people have already, in place of the Earl Black Tea.

Crashed 5 times within the span of 20 minutes. Good find but i hope it gets fixed soon, it's very obnoxious! :P

Nice one!
To make this clear: it's not about the toy itself but the model! For example, you can steal the appearance of a Vrykul in Stormheim by using pickpocket. You can also share the appearance with a Reflecting Prism. This allows you to avoid the 1 hour cooldown of the toy.
I wonder what's so special about the Vrykuls that it only works with them :P

@ Azix : As you said, any way of getting the model would work, using a toy was just for the sake of conveniency. It's about customable non-playable races, not only vrykuls, but also tuskars, taunkas, brokens and maybe even Forest trolls. Take a look at "characters" in Wow Model Viewer and you'll see them all.
What's so special about them? Well, since 7.0 "Characters" models are coded in such a way that they have to read their own specific Helmet model.
Here, we have "Helm_cloth_gilneashat_a_01" which has 26 different versions, two for each race (male/female).
Usually, the game would just ignore the problem and simply not show any helmet when there are no equivalent. But Early black tea is coded in a very special way!
See, the purpose is to give both a top hat and a monocle to the player, while there are no helmets in the game that do both. The effect changes player's helmet to a monocle, the same way as Safari Hat. But there were no clean way to put the hat, so they just attached the race/sexe equivalent model to the helmet.
That's why any non-character model will display the hat if it has a head attach point, but will not show the monocle.
I hope I'm understable, I'm not a native english speaker!
