    Manual of Void-Calling not scaling properly in Timewalking

    Currently Manual of Void-Calling - Item - World of Warcraft doesn't scale down to level 70 in timewalking dungeons and summons a level 100 voidwalker. He has approximately 200k health (about 4x that of a scaled down tank) and shadowbolts for 3k. While not spectacular, he does speed things up a little.
