Multiple Armor Sets

Hello everyone,

I just noted what seems to be an exploit while upgrading a follower to the maximum item level of 850. I was using an Indestructible Armor Set (15 ilvl) on my Kalec follower with an item level of 840. Upon using it, and thus reaching item level 850, I received an in-game mail with another Indesectruble Armor Set saying it got lost in the nether.

I haven't tried this out anything more yet, since that follower is the only one I have with such high item level, but potentially this calls for the possibility to upgrade all followers with an item level of 840 to 850 at the same time.

I'm not so sure this is easily repeatable, and can't test myself as my champions are all 850, but when I was unaware that the cap was 850 I used a +15 Armor Set when Modera was at 845, and didn't receive anything back.

I'll see if I can duplicate it on my priest when I get enough armor sets though.

I had the same thing happen to me. I'll try it again though.

I have several followers sitting at 840/845, I'll give it a try if I can get one.

Might it be that it only happens occasionally, or that it only happens when using the +15 ilvl item on 840 followers?

Most probably you failed to loot/recieve the item in question and it got sent to you. My theory is that you misinterpreted this as an exploit, using the item and then noticing your mail

I guess that might be it. However, I never have full bags, and I did definitely not have it that night I also had my mailbox emptied before that.

Yea I just also remember how I used a +15 on a level 845 follower thinking the ilvl cap is higher and I didnt get anything back... FeelsBadMan
