User wishu managed to replicate it using these steps, very simple, all credits to wishur for this;

The steps to do this is:

1. Everyone without the key gets in the boat
2. While on the boat the person in the key starts the instance

Result:
All 4 should start at the platform while the one with the key is stuck behind

Hello!

So I went CoS+5 today and one of my group members clicked the boat travel before I put in the keystone and 2 members still outside the instance.
When they later on did enter the instance (still have not put in keystone) they spawned directly after the boat travel.

Since they couldn't come to me at start I put in the keystone to try port them to the preparation area, instead they started were they were, able to kill mobs and progress while I and the healer waited for the countdown and then did the boat travel.

So to the point, you could make 1 dps stay behind and put in the keystone while 4 push on the instance to gain something like 1 minute or so of time in mythic+.

(Note: They were saved in normal mythic from before, not sure if this is needed)
Could not test this further as I had no more CoS keys.

Tried doing it now didn't work it just ports everyone to the beginning of the instance

Been using this in boost groups to smash out 3 chests easily.

Another thing to save time is the trap BS/Hunters can activate that insta kills one of the mini bosses @2nd boss will instakill multiple mini bosses if you drag them in at the same time
