"Wanted: Magister Phaedris" is bugged and can be completed twice

WANTED: Magister Phaedris - Quest - World of Warcraft

This WQ can be done twice.

It will show up greyed like this (Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet) but you will still get all rewards including Nightfallen Reputation and epic relic etc.

Probably also worth mentioning the relic isn't a dupe and can roll Warforged the second time around

it randomly happened to me too, is there a way to "reproduce" it somehow tho?

Quest didn't show up again after completion. Probably fixed or need to be in a group or something like that.

Try logging off.

I was logged off for about 2 hours, when I relogged, I had the quest again.

This happened to me multiple times since legion launch, not connected to individual worldquests.

It can happen t o any World quest, it's a random bug and from what i've experienced not exploitable.

I was able to complete the quest on alt twice and on main four times, but I cannot figure out the steps to reproduce :-(

I did that quest twice on my 2 characters today.
That what's I did: yesterday before going to sleep I have completed this WQ on my two character and logged off at the Magister Phaedris. Today when I log in I was able to complete that quest again.
