rep enchants on alts without the rep.
With the release of legion a couple new shoulder enchants have made it into the game. With the enchant equiped you have a chance when killing a mob that it will drop a box. opening that box will give you some mats depending on what enchant you have. Putting the enchant on a BoE item makes it soulbound, however you can put it on an heirloom piece and mail that over to you alt. Since its just the item to put on the enchant that requires the rep and not the actual effect you can still get the benefit from it on that alt without having the rep.
there are currently 8 know enchants: made with enchanting, only costs 2 leylight shard to craft
check the first comment here for a list of the enchants and their requirements
I have personally tested it succesfully with the Boonm of the Manaseeker and Harverster, i havent tried the others as i dont need stuff from those but i would imagine it works the same for the other 5 rep enchants.
edit: to add you can use this on level 100 characters, so it does work while leveling the char in legion. I started using it on my lvl 100 alt. all my chars are 100+ so cant test if it works below 100.

Can do this with the aldor and scryer enchants as well. I used to do this and toss them on leveling alts

im using it on my hunter lvl 100. dont know if it works for lower levels but it works on broken isle maps anyways so 100+ is all you would care about.

Sadly the drop rate on the bags is super low. I've found on average it's like every ~100 mobs.

its all about luck, ive seen as many as 5 in 10 kills and 1 in 500. the droprate is indeed rather low but considering what you get from it well worth it. and besides a chance is better then no chance ^^
