You donate to the website and you are given elite access as a thank you.
You are not entitled to anything.

Fixed on EU-Darkspear for sure. Just tried, battle-pet master doesn't give the quest anymore.

I was never given the quest - seems like you needed a lvl 3 Garrison to begin with to make this exploit to even work.

The problem is that Blizzard look here first. I mean they pay more attention to ownedcore than their own official forums where they often just ignore information for weeks.

It was noticeable that recent exploits I've posted here have been fixed very quickly. The play dead exploit I posted here got fixed within five hours. This one got fixed in five days, and only after it was posted on this forum. The correlation has been too strong over a prolonged period to be mere chance.

In future I am going to have post anything strong in elite. It is unfortunate, I like sharing things publicly, but I can't see any alternative.

Blizzard most likely has an account here and is willing to pay the small price for access to Elite, so it doesn't matter which forum it is posted on.
