Untargetable in PvP

I was doing world quest Darkbrul Arena and there are zones of shadows where you get buff Deep Shadows which makes you untargetable but unable to hit anything as well. Thing is - if you hearth you way out while standing in those shadows the buff won't go away. I was able to queue for a BG and capture flags that way. No idea what other uses might be for this exploit. Buff stays even upon relog.

Confirmed. With this buff, I ran inside the Dalaran Sewers and looted all the chests. You get hit by AoE damage, but nobody can target you directly so if you're a healer like me you're unkillable.

Also, this obviously doesn't work in PvE. If you want to get rid of the buff, pull mobs that will kill you or jump off a cliff.

A thread won't be moved to Elite unless the OP asks for it to be put there-- And any user can submit to Elite, so OP could have put it there in the first place if they wanted to.
