I farmed this place last night with my ret pala with aoe skills, took my ~10min for the 1000 fragments.
Now the the next day, I can't turn them in too.

Now I also have a debuff "Other players can loot your fragments" or something like that.
This was not the case last night.

I will try this again tonight, when no enemy players are in the area.

Looks like they fixed this one quick, at least i farmed about 11k honor last night

I tried it during the quest and i wasn't able to hand in. I think they disabled it to add some condition in the future.

WQ is active for me, was not able to turn them in. Definitely hotfixed/nerfed.
