I see that alot of people are chaging into a mountain prowler, but when i talk to the npc she says " are you ready? " at the bottom but nothing to click and accept it.

I am also experiencing the same issue. Have relogged etc. and not luck.

It is not class based. It might be a level 110 only ability now.

AFAIK it's part of the world quests. I never seen it before I got a world quest there. Would be a HUGE exploit if you could run around 1-2 shot everything and get XP. If not it would be bannable (?).

I'm 5 boxing and can kill these cats in 4 hits. They die fast but there is a few seconds wait for them to respawn. XP wise, at level 105. My 5 accounts are all in the same guild, so I am getting the guild bonus as well.

I timed it and got 1,341 xp in a minute. I have no idea how the OP got 10k in a minute; maybe it is a world quest thing?
