One hit everything in Highmountain

In Highmountain there is NPC called Enforcer Narissa from D.E.H.T.A (Near the cave north east from trueshot lodge)

She is connected with rare encounter - Amateur Hunters.

She changes You into lion that hits for ~3KK dmg per hit, you are still able to run around and get exp,quest kills, loot and kill other faction characters.

Same in fact i have been /target and looking for about 45 mins.

I get the feeling there are a number of prerequisites either quests or even have to be a higher level.

No one bothered to give coords...

I know where she is supposed to be and ive almost completed all high mountain quests so idk

yeah she isnt there so has to be due to doing a quest or not doing a quest.

Maybe it has something to do with it being nighttime?

im new in this zone and shes there, perhaps there is a second npc for alliance only

but i don't see any use in this, if you run to far there comes a warning and you drop out of that shape
