Spoiled Flask of Conquest

I know I don't contribute as much as most.
What I have isn't an explicit exploit but more of an idea. I recently found a grey item in my inventory (Spoiled Flask of Conquest - Item - World of Warcraft), which, albeit greyed out, maintained a "on use effect", and, as the description implies, with an unlimited timeline.

You'd be suprised, a lot of these items have "odd" side effects when used if related to a removal of something.
