Just wanted to say it still works as a charm and to add a couple of hints as well.

So, to maximize the efficiency of this farm, bring a level 110 Outlaw Rogue.
You move 15% faster due to Fleet Footed passive ability and another 15% faster with Hit and Run talent (which you should take).
Also put Minor Speed enchant onto a pair of boots and some draenor cloak enchant to increase your movement speed even more.
Apart from that, Outlaw Rogue artifact increases your speed after you kill a humanoid enemy by 2% per stack, stackable to 10 (total of 20% speed increase).
So 168% speed with the artifact buff active, 148% speed at all times.
You also should use Bear Tartare food buff to add extra 70% speed for 5 seconds after delivering a killing blow to any enemy.

Turn on Blade Flurry and spam this macro:
/cleartarget [dead]
/targetenemy [noharm, nodead]
/castsequence reset=2 Marked For Death, Run Through


Each clear takes 40 seconds tops.

I'd say it's the best way to farm mote of harmony / spirit of harmony as of now.

Correct, no longer exists as of Legion prepatch.
Still, there's no better place to farm motes of harmony if that's what you're after.

Didn't really know this kinda food existed.
Just tried it and can confirm it works just fine.
So I've got 148% base speed, 168% speed after slaying 10 humanoids, 238% speed after slaying 10 humanoids with the foodbuff.

That macro really speeds up the process. That's a weak link in my knowledge: any resources you could share on how you learned that stuff would be helpful and I'm sure interesting to others..

I'm sorry, can't understand what exactly you're interested in, could you please explain yourself better so an ignorant russian player understands you?

UPDATE:
Just did a 30 minutes non-stop farming session, got 238x [Mote of Harmony], 863 raw gold, 2207g worth of greenies/blues/epics (vendor sell price).
Could've been more if I didn't screw up the optimal route couple times.

Ideally you want to kill the first pack of mobs, run down the stairs, kill the mobs in the middle of the room, kill the mobs on the right (the mobs from upstairs whose lives you saved now come for you), kill the mobs on the bosses' platform (the mobs from the platform on the left now come for you).

Yep this is my default farm still. The spirits sell really well.

Worth mentioning that in raid finder currently bosses can be reset using reset instance, a major change. Kills after the first one don't drop boss loot, but you can farm all the trash continously.

Not sure what happens if you kill the queen (last boss) as all the profitable trash is on the first 3 floors.
