[Minor] Iskar: Eye of Anzu after combat

Greetings,

If you throw the Eye of Anzu at the very end of the fight, Eye remains and can be thrown at another player till next combat begins.

Happened at normal difficulty, we have thrown it at each other couple of times for fun, but when trash was pulled, buff has faded.
Don't know how it can be used, maybe zone out with it for lulz if it's possible, or have multiple debuffs at encounter using evades (for WoL/WL abuse). Sorry for the engrish, not my native language

can you throw it to people not in your group? will it still deal fire damage?

forgot to mention: no fire damage.
Had not tried to zone it out (as well as throw it to ppl not in group)

This happened to a group I was in awhile back, though by accident, we found it funny and continued on, but we found out that during the mannaroth fight, anyone who at one point had the eye and had not died yet, would be unaffected by Shadowforce and Empowered Shadowforce.
