Warlocks are arguably the most overpowered class in the game.

Between their low-cost/high damage drain life spells combined with the infamous chain fear that noobs like to spam....everyone will celebrate the day a warlock's fear gets nerfed. Until that time.

It's called Diminishing Returns, don't spam it like a newb and it'll be fine.
