Bonus rolls on alts

I know this has been covered in the past and was fixed however just did it now and it worked.

Tried both heroic and mythic

Kill HFC boss in any difficulty - log over on alt - get invite to group - bonus window to roll pops up as soon as you take portal to tannan jungle, don't even need to take port into hfc.

If you're like me and been 13/13M for a while and have heaps of bonus rolls, just use them for alts

Works with Rukhmar on a lvl1 alt. You can easily farming the mount. ☺

It does for world bosses, don't know about rukhmar though, but it did work for pandaria though

i wonder this also :P sounds like its taking it from the main by the way the op said it but i doubt thats the case

Still working on US? Tried it on my rogue but the leader took an annoying amount of time to invite me after i carried their group and it might have expired.

I could not get this to work, I logged out after killing the boss (without using the bonus roll) switched to my alt, got an invite, and ported to tanaan. The roll window did not pop up so I walked into HFC just to check, and no roll window. Switched back to my main and the roll window was still there.

You can't get Worldboss Mounts from Bonusrolls

1.You CAN get Worldboss mounts from bonusrolls, but you CAN'T get boss mounts from bonusrolls.

Boss mounts are bosses in instances/raids, such as the mount from Elegon.

World boss mounts such as Sha of Anger, Galleon, Nalak, and Oondasta mounts CAN be obtained with bonus roll.

Don't know the ones in WOD but I can confirm the ones in MoP works.

2. Tried yesterday with Mythic Archimonde, didn't work. I logged out as soon as I could, changed to an alt, joined the raid, teleported to Tanaan but no bonus rolls.

Or am I doing something wrong?

While it has very little to do with this topic, I read after this worldboss - raidboss - bonusroll issue which is eligible to loot via coins and which not. The truth is:

- Mounts from Pandaria worldbosses are bonus-rollable : https://twitter.com/olandgren/status/428229005221691392

- Raid boss mounts were never be able to obtain through bonusroll at all.

The loot table is NOT duplicated on bonus rolls. Some items are always left out:

Nobody knows why did they change this pattern for Rukhmar, but there we go, no Rukh mount for bonus.

So if i wanna do this with pandaria world bosses i gotta take portal to Pandaria or enough to just relog and get invited?
