Well, to use this method you will need to make a lot of alts... These alts can be level 1s, but keep in mind you will need to send them a few silver coins so they can still buy tokens for the dailies. So first off, you will need to decide on which character you wanna get the tickets, so let's say you wanna make your main get the stuff... So now you wanna go to your alts and do all of the dailies in Darkmoon you can find. Every daily rewards your with one Darkmoon Gift Box, and each box has at least 1 ticket and maybe some other stuff(like toys).. Now the catch is that these boxes are account bound, not soul bond, which means you will be able to send the with the mail box to your main... So basically what you do is get a lot of alts, do the dailies on them and send all of the rewards to your main.. The quest requires you to be at least level 15. Tried this few days ago on a level 1 alt and it says you are not high enough to start this quest. So yeah, for 100 darkmoon tickets you have to level your character to 15. It depends on the time you spend during leveling, but considering that you get 100 darkmoon tickets, it would still be faster than spamming the games on your level 1 alts (note that you only get 6 tickets per day per level 1 alt, race quests requires you to be higher level, so you can only do the other quests which are only 6)

If you are a collectionist like me, you can level few level 15 toons and get them to thunderbluff/goldshire when the DMF is not up. These are the closest locations to darkmoon portals with mailboxes, or you can put your characters to stormwind trade district/orgrimmar flight master (there will be mailboxes and darkmoon teleport mages there). When the DMF week starts, you can send the fish to them, log on, collect fish from the mail and get to the darkmoon to obtain and complete your quest to buy toys/mounts.

On a side note, the quest is not repeatable, this means you can only do this once. After you finish the quest, the vendor will no longer sell you the map. It was thought to be once per darkmoon but yeah it was confirmed to be a one time quest during the last darkmoon.

That method was patched and doesn't work anymore... You can only do the quest once per character. The method I mentioned is the only one that still works in this case.

It was a exploit on the 11th anniversary of wow... U get 5 thunderfury charges per character, but using the similar method like in this exploit u could get a unlimited amount of them... It was hotfixed tho, this however isn't.
