Easy "Predator" title / items from rares in Tanaan Jungle

I tried by using the flying feather to land on the platform, and then I used the crystal, teleported to the realm.

Knocked down, skrimish, used it again at the platform, killed it!

I was able to get onto his platform using Aviana's Feather. I do not meet the requirements to get ported to him; I don't have the Jungle Stalker achievement or exalted with Order of the Awakened. There is no crystal here to spawn him. This could be because he has been killed recently or I just cannot see the crystal. Will camp here a while and report back.

Same happend to me... I go the Jungle Stalker achiev since day 1 of 6.2 and just get exalted with all reps today. Used crystal 7 times and once there was 0 rares, the other 6 port me to random rares but not the FoS one. I try in 4 different realms and nothing.... Maybe just bad luck....

Edit: Finally get the kill (after 3 wipes). Damn that rare hits hard...

Hello everyone!
Simple instruction:
1) Buy the Master Hunter's Seeking Crystal (Requires Revered with Order of the Awakened)
2) Use it. Kill & loot a rare mobs.
3) Go to skirmish. Wait for the battle begins, take action in the combat (get or make some dmg, otherwise you will get a deserter debuff)
4) Leave skirmish
5) CD on an item will be reset, use it again and repeat all steps
You can kill the rare mobs ~every 2 min / 30 attempts per hour / 720 in day So you will get the title much faster
It is also a good way to farm 650-695 items.

There was a fix just a day after this post saying

Fixed an issue where credit for the Predator achievement was being awarded incorrectly.

I think they made that fix especially for this "exploit".

Anyway, to port there may take days because the destination of teleportation is completely random. There's no prerequisite such like "0 rares up", you won't have higher chance to port there.

You have only a tiny chance to port to the platform and you have to deal with Xemirkol's own respawn time aswell - (which could be sky high, but surely higher than 10 mins (my personal finding))

guys ... you dont need to buy the epic crystal one ._. just buy the blue one (i bought the blue one after the epic one again ONLY! for this raremob and sold back later again for 100% of its costs)

after you bought the blue crystal one kill steelsnout, to make sure you wont get teleported to him, after killed this rare you take feather and fly to his platform where you'll get ported to if u use the crystal and he is up.. there the trick comes out with the BLUE CRYSTAL! you choose it, if he is up you can only get teleported to him, not to any else raremob in tanaan, if you wont get teleported, you skirmish and change server with dungeonbrowser, like a kazzak grp or something, there you try it again, untill you was able to get teleported

edit: and i tried the crystal about 10 times to test if it has a 100% chance to port you to the predator rare mob or if its not a 100% chance ...

i reseted combat and jumped down of the area where he is, used crystal again and got ported to him, after i defeated him crystal didnt port me again, so i can guarantee you, that you'll get ported by 100% to him if he is up!

Me neither, been using it all day, jumped to different servers, but the same.

After killing steelsnout and using it where the rare should be, it always shows that the crystal pules faintly.

/sigh... so many people are so terribly misinformed about how this achievement works, please read.

The hotfix that rolled out indeed fixed the "achievement sharing" that people used to do. You need to have tagged Xemirkol to receive credit for the achievement. Side note: if you're with a group of people that are attacking him at once, ANYONE that gets knocked off the platform and leaves the phase will NOT receive the achievement when he's killed, even though you originally had a tag on him. This happened to a druid that was killing him with me, he got knocked off, I killed Xemirkol, I received the achievement and he did not.

Standing at the exact location of his spawn will NOT affect your chances of getting phased to him at all. All you need is exalted with Order of the Awakened and the Jungle Stalker achievement. If Xemirkol is spawned on your server, you WILL get phased to him no matter where you are in Tanaan Jungle. if he's not up... you guessed it, you won't get him. If you want to try and get him, just simply do the following.

- Join an arena skirmish.
- Get in combat and leave the skirmish.
- Join a new realm and use your crystal.
- Kill Xemirkol if you get phased to him.
- If not, repeat until you get phased to him.

i swear it by my life, that it works, but these days the rare mob is very rare, cause most ppl are now exalted with order of the awakened^^ dont give it up and try it further ... u'll get credit for it than

Cooldown reset is still working for me on US realms. But no luck finding a realm where he's alive, though.
