Yep, i can confirm that, i think its because u're unable to see it when ur drunk.

LOL you guys are funny, that is just a effect of being drunk you "see" them as a lower level just like the "fish bowl" effect to your camera, it does not really make him a lower level, you are just drunk off your ass.

well , I was thinking if you see a mobs lvl 44 because you are drunk but he is lvl 46. Will you be able to kill him as a lvl 40-42 like if he was a lvl 44 mobs and get the Xp and loot from a lvl 46 mobs ?

even tho it's clientside only so I don't think it's work ... just a though
