[BUG]Get your extra roll when you forgot your weekly seals

So I just did Kromog in the LFR and had forgotten my Seal of Tempered Fate. Left the raid, ported to Ashram from Garrison, bought my seals and hearthstoned back to garrison. Then the extra roll window popped and I could roll for the last boss! The timer was halfway to 0, so I guess it does the countdown, even if hidden.

To sum it up:
1.- Just killed a boss and you don't have seals because you forgot to buy them
2.- Go buy Seals ASAP
3.- Zone in or out of somewhere (Maybe a /reload would work?)
4.- Roll
5.- Good luck!
