If you can spawn alot of mobs/adds. Like in icc, the event right before Prof. Putricide.

Was also possible at Nefarian (BWL), the chromatic dragons used to spawn infinitely. Maybe it still works.

I have tried it in Scarlet graveyard yesterday ,first boss spawns at it seems infinite number of minions (spawns them at pretty slow rate ) ,I was spawning them for like 3 hours and nothing happend .Any idea how many adds should be spawned before something happens actually ?

Yeah this works, you literally just stand there and they infinitely come at you, I've found this by accident but your gear turns red pretty fast. If you had someone spamming heals on you it might work.
