Possibly 655 loot from LFR

Sorry if this is a repost, but in case it is not, i thought i wanted to share this little bug i found.
I haven't tried to reproduce it again, so take it with a grain of salt.

Basically this is what i did to get a bonus roll from LFR for 655 gear.

• Queue for a random heroic instance and LFR at the same time.
• Enter LFR while still being queued for a random heroic instance.
• Kill a boss in LFR without any seals of tempered faith.
• Leave the raid, go buy a seal of tempered faith in warspear.
• Few minutes later, the heroic instance group queue popped and i entered.
• As soon as i zoned in, the bonus roll window appeard, offering me a chance of 655 gear.

As i said, if it works for you also, it is rather easy to reproduce.

Did you actually GET a 655 piece of gear, otherwise how do you even know it gave you a chance at it.

Pretty much excactly as i described:

"As soon as i zoned in, the bonus roll window appeard, offering me a chance of 655 gear."

The bonus roll loot window appeared, which also shows you what loot options there is, meaning which loot you could possibly get.

Even if you completely disregard this, it would still mean that the option to actually roll for loot without actually being inside the raid existed.

If it worked for me once, i am sure it will work for someone else also. It is most likely a matter of discovering a variable i have not yet been able to determine, which could influence the potential outcome.

It didn't offer you 655 loot, it offered you 640 loot. Since SoO if you killed a boss and then got seals, when you re-enter the instance you can roll on the boss you missed. Working as intended, please do not waste your seals on this.

And i didnt reenter the instance, i entered a RANDOM HEROIC INSTANCE, which as i am sure you know, do not offer 640 or 655 loot, and also should not give me the chance of loot.
And no i didnt actually win, but i did get 97g from the roll, so it was not merely a graphical bug.

The bonus roll window doesn't display what loot can be gained, you must be using an addon to do this. I know there is an addon that shows the loot you can get for bosses but it only shows normal loot as a bug, this is simply an addon display issue unless you can prove to received loot from a difficulty other than the on you killed the boss on.

Also as someone others mentioned since SoO maybe earlier the bonus roll popup will reappear for the boss you killed if you get bonus roll coins and then enter another zone within a short period after killing the boss, the game does not forget the boss/difficulty you killed by doing this, and it's intentional for fast acting people who forgot to grab them.

Where's the exploit here? ever since they added bonus rolls you were able to leave after a kill to get your coin and quickly go back in for a chance at a roll from recent kill.
your addon must be bugged since you left the instance.
