Same happened here. My cheat death had even procced.

Edit: tried again and it worked, except i logged in too early. was 9 alive xD

Edit 2: Got it! Logged in at around 4:30min... just two rogues fighting each other. it was easy from there.

Good to hear it's still not fixed

I have set my /timer to start when the game announces 30 sec and waited 10 sec then I alt-F4'd. It make the character logs out at the very point when the game starts, though I'm not sure that logout needs to be that precise.

If your character is dead when you log back in that means you either log out too late or your log-back is too slow and your character is in the game already seconds before you get your actual game screen after loading. In either case there is a small chance they will nuke you in those "blind" seconds. You can try it again.

basically hes is saying you got killed during your loading screen. This method might also depend a lot on having a fast computer.

Edit: Tried that again, 3 players left and i was in the arena

Yea it still works. But you want to alt-f4 earlier than 20 secs before start. I think it takes full minute for your character to disappear from the world when you DC or altf4. Still keep in mind that you'll login with no damage buffs, while remaining players will have like 100% increase, so you'll still be only second place, which means no PvP gear from the chest.

I did it. but I got all the buffs (20 sec log).

You'll get the buffs if people attack you while your character is still standing there going offline. Definitely won't get all of them though and you can easily die also.

Yes, the chest loot has been fixed recently and it's available only for the winner now.

The method works but u cant loot! And u have no chance vs Player with the insane Buff!
