How to level your unarmed+How to spawn lots of griffons/wyverns

Absolutely amazing. I've always looked for an easy way to level my Unarmed just for the sake of having lots of full bars.

fist weapon = unarmed can just use these, any other class would not need to level unarmed really.

If fist weapons raise unarmed, why do you have to go to a weapon's master to learn them?

You can use this weapon to raise your unarmed skill. Since it does no damage you can attack a low level mob, even a rat or a level 1 skeleton without it dying. If you are higher level you should regen fast enough for their damage to be inconsequential, and you can AFK level your unarmed skill from 1-375.
