1.Go to its location, cast any aoe spell to summon the rare mob.
2.Let your follower fight the mob, heal your follower if needed.
3.Do NOT kill the rare mob.

Approximately reward 500XP/REP per min

What do you mean XP? The bodyguards only get rep. Is that what you mean?

I'm sure they are referring to the small spiders the rare summons, I'm guessing those still give reputation for bodyguard
