17% secondary stats in pvp

I found out that trinkets like [Prismatic Prison of Pride] (which incrase your secondary stats) with now ilvl scale in pvp envoirment incrase your secondary stats by 17%. It's not real exploit but rather smart use of game mechanics . If repost delete this thread please

this only effects 91-99 bracket of pvp. 91-99 every item you have scales up to match level 99 ilvl stuff.
