Permanent Dalaran 10sec CD hearthstone

Hello guys, this is my first post here, hope you will find this useful.
So, steps are :
1. Take quest "Bringer of the Light" from Archmage Khadgar in Dalaran (Need to be atleast lvl98 ) ( Bringer of the Light - Quest - World of Warcraft )
2. Complete all stages in that "Exodar invasion", except after you kill Fel Annihilator at last stage, you want to delete "Khadgar's Beacon" quest item which you get and manually hearthstone back to Dalaran ( with your hearthstone) and then complete quest.
3. Go to https://eu.battle.net/support/en/restoration/characters and select a character on which you have done this, and recover Khadgar's Beacon.
4. Enjoy ^^

Just did this for myself and it seems pretty useless actually. I was able to restore the item successfully after completing the quest but the 'dalaran hearth' you get (called: "Khadgar's Beacon") only works when you are in the Exodar. Not sure how it was working before but it's far from ideal now.

Seems pretty useful if you want to have your Hearthstone set to Stormshield post WOD.
