Bro, if you are Lv100 you can go to that NPC and talk to him and rebuild for 10.000 Gold.

If you really just wanna abuse the shit out of this, go Level you twink to 96 and choose the right one and get tons of Resources.

Can you specify what is "that NPC"? Changing the outpost was already my plan, I just have not been able to find the place to do so.

I tried it for you on EU.

first time you leave = 1 min debuff 2nd time you leave is 5 min debuff. So better to just lose quick.
