You can buy PvP Gear from Warlords Tournament Season 1 (cost 50g per item) and they will also increase your ilvl. Sadly you can only really use them in war games.

1) hit lvl 100
2) Go to Ring of Trials, Nagrand (~ 78/4
3) buy "Warlords Tournament Season 1" PvP items
4) make use of it (e. g. war games or que for Warlord Dungeons or just transmog)



*note: if u equip them outside of war games ur not able to use these*
