    Old Content Items scaling upwards in Arena

    All items scale to level 590 in arena, including level 60-80 items. Playing skirmish with ilvl 590 Shadowmourne and Sulfuras atm. Enjoy

    Lvl 80 weapon being stronk as **** intended? alright. Never before have lowlevel weapons upscaled in arena/BG's so this is definitely not working as intended.

    All ilvls scale up for challenge modes, proving grounds and skirmishes now its in the patch notes....
