On US servers, this has NOT been fixed.

my Ilvl goes up to 634 even though its 600 really. so it lets me queue for dungeons which is an exploit. i just go to ashran and it does it

i found an vendor sell whole gear/weapon/trinket/ring for 50g think it intends but just buying these u Ilvl wil be boost to 690 without enter ashran

Looks like it has been fixed, the gear is sold again but can only be used in wargames. Once you equip it, it doesn't boost your ilvl, in fact it appears as if you are not wearing an item in this slop ilvl-wise.
