You just need to turn in the turtle meat on the timeless isle for the repeatable quest to get insane XP.
This is apparently the exploit the level 98 shaman is using right now - will probably be rollbacked tho.
This is NOT the Halfhill-thingy - it's just farming and turning in meat on the TI.

I don't really believe that. The quest on timeless island give you 1350 xp. It's not an exploit in my eyes.

If anything, its some stupid and naive Blizzard employee tossing a tantrum because this guy was obviously more intelligent than Blizzard developers and found a quest which he could use to repeat. The mechanics of the quest are working as intended.
