tauren and dwarves should have the most tolerance for it since tauren are the biggest and dwarves are avid drinkers who gradually build up an alcahol tolerance.

this actually does have a use

with the upcoming brew festival there are several things that require you to be drunk to see / use, so this will make doing those quests quicker

do you remember when there was no cool down on wow alcohol? well there is only one kind that dosent have any and thats junglevine wine sold from the innkeeper in booty bay for about 3s each. the only draw back is that there is a level requirement on it of 25.

Rumsey Rum also has no cooldown OR level req, and the barkeep in Old Hillsbrad sells them in infinite supply for 2s each. Also gives 15 stamina, so it's a must for any twink

also, there is a "apprentice witch doctor" in the first troll town who will give you a drunk buff... cant remember name but you need to finish a quest for the cheif first.
