I went from 88-89 last night in about 45 minutes, but I also had to leave computer a couple times when my baby would wake and cry.
It was definitely quicker for me to level than doing quests.
~Thought I'd share a thought on this.
So, been doing this on two characters (I have 11 Alliance characters I've been keeping at 86 from RAF which have been rested for two weeks.)
I got one from 86-88, and another from 86-87.
I started at around 7:30 and finished at 10:00 with *low-level flying* and lot's of breaks.
2:30 for three levels with breaks (Which is 1 level per 50 minutes) is pretty fast AND relaxing leveling that's much easier than the alternative,
If you put out around 9k for flight. If money is no object to you, then you'll go much faster. this is the fastest leveling from 85+
------
Mathematically 6400x6 (Digs per digsite) is like 38400....so that's as good as like, 2 and a half quests in Pandaria
If you get like two digs next to eachother, that's 5 quests worth of exp in a fraction of the time. (five mins per site, max)
This is a good find for people that hate Pandaria, and hate instant 90's want want to make it look like those idiots wasted their money.... and want an excuse to get some Archaeology done
But keep in mind you can't go from 85-90 in one go, I believe rested exp lasts around one and a half levels at max rested, so store all your 85's in an inn and make some sort of character rotation so you're getting the most out of this. (I level 1 and a half levels then pop my alt in an inn ready to do it again when rested exp comes back)
.. +1.
-----
People trying to do this <85 are retarded, just do solo RAF, most dungeons are easy enough that you can play two accounts at once.
[Edit]: Can confirm that monks gain 7680 per dig instead of 6400 with their class exp buff. (45k per site = 3 quests of exp in 3 minutes)
[Edit]: Can confirm this does stack with the 300% exp buff which will grant 19200 per dig, and 115200 for the digsite. (obviously doesn't work past 86)

60-61 in 50 mins....no rested...so after 60/fly u can lvl up this way going at the rate of ~ 1 lvl/hour
:gusta:wow:gusta:
60-61 is kind of slow tbh even without rested. 60-70 is some of the fastest levels overall in my opinion
do the dungeon in hellfire peninsula (cant remember name, but its the one to the south) on hc difficulty with a lvl 90 (example: lock rain of fire) and get him to pull the mobs on the bridge above you, fast nice xp on lvl 60-62... All the mobs in the dungeon will come runnig, and all you need to do is have your lvl 90 friend keep aoe on the bridge infront of you so the mobs cant hurt you..
Guildbanner etc also helps and you can just run out and reset after killing all the mobs in the dungeon in a minute or less! Have fun

I've got another way that doesn't require flying all over the continent.
My DK was fully rested to 90. Last night I leveled him from a little before 89 to 90 in about an hour, just by killing the small turtles on Timeless Isle. They gave about 1050 xp per turtle, and they can easily be oneshot. Especially if you buff yourself up with the singing crystal etc. that drops on the isle. (singing crystal can proc for 12k dmg, and high procrate!)
If you do get low on HP, spam click the turtle eggs, they heal you for 9k+
I've tested the XP from the other low HP mobs on the isle, but the birds and worms only gave half of the xp a pop..
This duo's quite well with toons carrying double gathering
you can herb mine and arch at same time and triple XP <3 Neer
"As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourishes. But the wind passes over, and soon all disappears; and his place will no more exist."
I couldnt get my RAF xp bonus to work with it so it seemed useless pre-85. Ppl talking boht 300% xp, are you talking about the potion?
its 3k with rested xp. utterly worthless@85
