Removed glyphs teaching spells still available while still learned.

Essentially, priests not disc having glyph of holy nova equipped before patch still has holy nova, which is now a disc only spell.
99% sure this works for other classes and spells, so feel free to not unlearn/overwrite them, since you wont be able to apply the glyph again after removing it.

Check again.
Shadowpriests don't have Holy Nova, however if you had it glyphed during 5.4.8, you still have it learned.

That glyph is working as intended. Travel form is always available in combat (in the form of Stag). All having the glyph does is makes Stag form go mount speed WHILE out of combat. IF you were getting 100% movement speed from Stag form in combat, the situation would be different, but that isn't the situation you described,
