Then you choose +50 damage chakra.
After Arena you will be Shadow with +50% damage chakra.

It gets you banned from Warcraft Logs, nothing said about ingame ban.

Many reports have been blacklisted because of shadow priests exploiting a bug in the game to do far more DPS than intended. Note that this causes their fellow raiders to lose their ranks as well, since the entire report becomes invalid.

The reason I am making this post is that despite blacklisting, exploiting has continued, so let me be very clear. If these exploits continue to be uploaded, I will begin handing out permanent bans. Consider this post the final warning.

As if this will stop people using it...
Doesn't mention the balance / resto exploit though, tfw underrated exploits ftw.

My shadowpriest still has the +50% buff on in shadow after patch, haven't tried to re-get it tho, and no havent been banned

Is there another thread with other possibilities relating to the spec-switch via arena? I saw the one on resto/moonkin form but couldnt find others.

I believe this to be Hotfixed. The buff wont persist anymore.
