Be inside Kor´Kron cage in OG

Just discovered this on my second account. I moved a char to orgrimmar a few days ago and sat him down on the cage before the auctionhouse/bosshouse in flight form and logged him off. I just logged in and the char fell into the cage in normal form. At this moment Im standing with a char from my first account infront of the cage and the second account char is inside the cage.

Maybe usefull for some RP stuff.

Would be awesome if an ally character could do this without beeing attacked inside the cage

you can also lag yourself and move from durotar to orgimar and move there, when lag expires cage will appear

@OP, this occurs on many different types of objects in WoW. An Item like this is the mailbox... Things that you can also blink into.

You can also have someone stand on top/back to the cage and shadowstep into it if you're a rogue.

Good find! As Tman and Kaizuken mention above, objects in WoW take time to load, which can allow you to sink into them upon login.

OBJECTS TAKE TIME TO LOAD:
Some objects in WoW take longer to load than others, such as doors, barrels, mailboxes and crates. Occasionally you can use this fact to pass through these barriers. Simply log out of the game while on top of the object (like a mailbox), and you may be standing inside that object when you log back in. Push forward during a loading screen into a BG or Arena, and you may get through a barrier that is supposed to hold you back before the barrier properly loads (such as the pink bubble in Eye of the Storm, or the gates in Arenas). The use of lag, weather created by a program or by things running in your background, can increase the object's load time.

Things have tightened up a lot since that was written I think. I can't get early starts in bg's using this method currently.

In game areas where there aren't any obvious game advantages I'd expect it to still work. My guess would be that getting inside the cage won't protect a player from attacks.

In truth there are almost no locations in wow which protect a player 100% from attacks whilst still within view, though what can happen is you can be protected from all special attacks-which is pretty strong in pvp. In ogrimmar the auto-attacks from the guards would kill you pretty quickly.
