Higher arena cap from non level 90 arenas

Not sure what this was about, but below 90 you benefit from the huge conquest cap to "catch up". Sadly, besides an RBG-loss there aren't any ways to earn conquest points.

if you did arenas at say level 70 and got to 2400 as an example, then boosted to 90, you would have your large catch-up + the bonus from your rating.

however it looks like blizzard fixed the boosted toons keeping their rating sometime within the past 2 weeks as I just boosted an alt and it's rating got reset.

wasn't a huge exploit, only was really useful to someone who wanted the extra conq points and was planning on doing an entire full cap in one week.
