Spellsteal: 75% magic damage reduction for 2 minutes

Instructions:

Go the shadow council, the penultimate encounter of the Black Temple. Spellsteal
High Nethermancer Zerevor's "Dampen Magic", which reduces magic damage by 75%.
This doesn't fade anywhere other than rbg and arena.

In order to avoid getting stuck in combat you need to steal and use invisibility almost
instantaneously. This (and many other exploits) illustrated in the following video.

Also included is a method to use the warlock's eye of kilrogg in battle for gilneas to
defend the mines while being essentially unkillable, as well as a gnome quest item
to drench everyone with paint (I had a lot of fun with that one).

actually, since they fixed the being able to pre blood lust for other people in party for their fights (back when there were 40+ people there at a time) Blizzard has been resetting particular buffs/debuffs as soon as it zones you into the fight.

If Blizzard has it set to null anything other than raid buffs (i.e BoK/BoM/MotW etc) then this will be useless for the Brawler's guild.

Just tested this and other buffs seem to work.

Weird that Blizzard would get worried about raid buffs when there's literally a dozen items which are stupidly op you can take into the guild.
All the TI stuff for example. I got through several difficult fights with cracked talisman,
