[BETA] One shot players with Stampede?

As you can see (or cannot see), he uses Stampede and the first hit they do should instant kill anyone. I cannot test this as I do not have beta but can anyone else confirm?

Blizzard is aware of this, it's either fixed already or about to be fixed soon.

Also pls no beta exploit post, if you find one please just silent about it . Some of these are bound to make it live where they will be actually useful.
